2.2 Mobile & On-Site IV Therapy
- Mobile IV Therapy: We travel to homes, offices, hotels, and event locations.
- Group & Corporate Services: IV therapy for events, corporate wellness programs, and athletic recovery.
 

2.3 Medical Oversight
Our IV therapy services are administered by licensed medical professionals under the supervision of a medical director.

3.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to receive IV therapy.
- Minors (under 18) must have parental consent, and a parent/guardian must be present during the treatment.
 

3.2 Health Requirements
- Before receiving treatment, you must complete a medical questionnaire. Our healthcare professionals may decline treatment if they determine that IV therapy is not suitable for you based on your medical history.

4.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
- Failure to cancel in time will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
- If our medical team arrives at your location and you decide not to proceed, the cancellation fee will still apply.
 

4.3 Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge, provided they notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

5.2 Payment Timing

- If a provider determines that treatment cannot be administered, a cancellation fee will still apply.

You are responsible for providing complete and truthful information regarding:

Failure to disclose relevant health information may increase the risk of adverse effects, for which Seven Reveries is not liable.
 

7.2 Following Pre- and Post-Treatment Guidelines
